• Member of Center for Research in Linguistic Studies – Core of Discourse Analysis – in NOVA School of Social Sciences and Humanities, part of the NOVA Lisbon University

My love story with my language, Brazilian Portuguese, started in 2008, when I entered in the Brazilian Portuguese studies at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), considered Brazil’s best Faculty in language studies.

In 2013, I graduated in linguistics and humanities and I choose to teach Brazilian Portuguese, as during my graduation I discover that my true vocation is to teach!

I’ve worked for 5 years teaching at schools in Brazil, I developed further my academic knowledge in the masters and then, together with Miguel, we’ve founded Speak Brazil Language School in Lisbon. A school that aims to offer various types of Brazilian Portuguese Courses for foreigners, online and in person in Lisbon, Portugal.

Teaching at Lisbon, I already had students from several countries in the world, to learn with us in Lisbon or online.

Today I can affirm that it is this profession that I want to carry on with, it is my vocation, and this is the path that I wish to continue, teach something that I believe is pleasant and delightful, the language!
